We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, which are all handcrafted in Hickory, NC. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment to ensure accuracy. Upon receipt, please thoroughly inspect your items and notify us of any damage immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Because all of our furniture is handcrafted according to your specifications, we cannot accept returns. If your item has a problem that is a result of an error on our part, we will gladly pay for return shipping and the cost of shipping you a replacement item, or paying for a local repair. If there is an issue with dissatisfaction on your part we will work with you to resolve the issue. We do not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Please reference our Warranty Policy. Once an item has been shipped we can no longer refund the White Glove Delivery Fees.

Shipping & Delivery
We have partnered with specialized carriers who will ensure your furniture arrives safely and securely. Once your custom order has been finalized and the items are ready for shipment, it will take 1 to 5 business days of transit time to arrive to you if delivering curbside or to a commercial dock, and an additional 3-8 days if using our optional White Glove Home Delivery. White Glove Home Delivery service includes inside placement of furniture, assembly (if required) and debris removal. If there is a delay, we will notify you by phone, mail or email. Items ordered together will be shipped together. We will stay in contact with you to keep you updated and notify you when the items are ready for delivery.
Upon receipt of your furniture please inspect immediately for any visible damage. While it is always best to inspect the goods while the furniture carrier is still there we realize this may not always be possible. In these cases please inspect your order as soon as possible. Please keep all boxes and packaging materials intact if you have any visible damage. Please contact Customer Service at 828-855-3607 if you notice any damage and we will quickly resolve the issue.
