All website orders are processed using a major credit card, via Authorize.net secured payment gateway. Freight prepaid to one destination.


No cancellations or changes can be accepted after an order is in production. This includes leather and finishing changes. Restocking fees may apply if materials have been ordered.

Back Orders

Every effort will be made by our company to ship your order in its entirety. If delays from our suppliers make it impossible to deliver within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to back order.


Changes must be made in writing and must be received at our office before leather is cut or special frames are ordered. There is a $65 administration charge to make changes on an order once it has been received. These changes include leather, frame, quantity, finish, logo, etc. After an order is acknowledged, additional charges will be incurred for spoiled leather or frames. Since our furniture is custom made for each order, once production has begun an order may not be cancelled.


Dimensions given for each style are approximate and are rounded off to the nearest inch and sometimes can vary more than one inch due to the handwork of the upholsterer. If confirmation is needed on a dimension, please contact our factory

Sales Office

Technological advances are being reviewed regularly. Classic Leather reserves the right to change specifications for the improvement of our products at any time, without notice.


Classic Leather warrants to the original purchaser that our seating products will be free from defects in workmanship given normal conditions for a period of ten years of single shift service.

  • Exceptions to the warranty include:
  • Abuse in any form
  • Wearing of coverings
  • Carrier damage
  • Swivel bases or mechanism (5 years)
  •  Recliner mechanisms (5 years)
  • Cushions and casters(3 years)
  • Gas lifts (2 years)
  • Finish Failure which occurs due to the application of after-market products or inadequate cleaning or maintenance. (page 7 of the catalog)

Our factory office must be notified in the event that our seating does not conform to the above warranty. Classic Leather reserves the right to repair or replace any part that is determined to be defective within the terms of this warranty.
